Kyiv, January 28th 2026 | Servier Ukraine LLC, a subsidiary of Servier, a global pharmaceutical group, has been certified for the fourth consecutive time as one of the best places to work for in Ukraine.

Best Places to Work is an international HR certification program providing employers in different countries the opportunity to learn more about the engagement and satisfaction of their employees and honor those who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards in regards to working conditions.

The certification process consisted of an employee assessment survey conducted among Servier Ukraine employees along with an HR Assessment evaluating people practices implemented within the organisation. The key areas covered included leadership, compensation and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, culture, and personal growth opportunities. Servier Ukraine obtained outstanding scores across all employee engagement factors.

“At Servier Ukraine, we have always believed that our success reflects our people’s spirit. Being certified as a Best Place to Work once again is not just an award; it is a testament to the trust, resilience, and passion that define our team. Together, as one Team, we are building more than a workplace; we are fostering a community united by a shared purpose: to improve the lives of patients. This recognition inspires us to continue nurturing a culture where every individual is empowered to grow and make a meaningful impact on society”, said Benjamin Abdili, General Manager, Servier Ukraine.

“Creating a workplace where collaboration flourishes and individuals feel empowered is at the heart of our HR strategy. This certification confirms that we are prioritizing the right things: the safety, development, and engagement of our colleagues. Our team’s ability to remain focused and inspired, despite external challenges, is truly remarkable. We are dedicated to maintaining Servier Ukraine’s position as an employer of choice by listening to our employees and building a future where everyone feels they truly belong”, said Olha Shylova, HR&LD Director, Servier Ukraine.
