Computacenter, a global technology company, earned the ninth spot, and Konecta, a leading outsourcing company, rounded out the top 10.
Amid global challenges in employee retention and engagement, Romania's top-performing companies achieved an impressive average engagement score of 81%. These organizations stand out as exemplary employers, committed to prioritizing their employees' well-being and satisfaction.
This year’s program findings show that over 85% of employees in these top workplaces believe their companies fulfill their commitments to staff. Furthermore, 82% of respondents reported that their leaders clearly communicate the company’s vision and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Moreover, 84% believe their companies foster a culture of trust and transparency, which strengthens their overall commitment to the organization.
