Bucharest, Romania - 16th December 2024: PPD Global, Novo Nordisk, Rebeldot, United Media Services, Pluxee, MSD, Returo, Basware, Computacenter, and Konecta are recognized as the top 10 best places to work in Romania for 2024, according to the annual prestigious Best Places to Work certification program.
PPD Global, a leader in beverage distribution, secured the top position. Coming in second is Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company known for its employee-centric culture. In third place is Rebeldot, a technology consultancy recognized for its innovative and empowering work environment. United Media Services, a dynamic digital marketing leader, earned the fourth position. Pluxee, a provider of digital transformation solutions, ranked fifth, followed by MSD Investing for Life, an affiliate of the global biopharmaceutical company, in sixth. Returo, a sustainability-focused organization, came in seventh, while Basware, a financial software solutions provider, ranked eighth. Computacenter, a global technology company, earned the ninth spot, and Konecta, a leading outsourcing company, rounded out the top 10.
Amid global challenges in employee retention and engagement, Romania's top-performing companies achieved an impressive average engagement score of 81%. These organizations stand out as exemplary employers, committed to prioritizing their employees' well-being and satisfaction.
This year's program findings show that over 85% of employees in these top workplaces believe their companies fulfill their commitments to staff. Furthermore, 82% of respondents reported that their leaders clearly communicate the company's vision and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Moreover, 84% believe their companies foster a culture of trust and transparency, which strengthens their overall commitment to the organization.
