Manila, Philippines - 20th December 2022 : Amway, Fujitsu, Multicare, Novo Nordisk, Diageo, Kusum, Schindler and Universal Robina are recognized as the top 8 best places to work in Philippines for 2022 according to the annual prestigious "Best Places to Work" certification program.
Amway Philippines, a local affiliate of Amway Corporation, one of the world's largest direct selling businesses came this year in the first position followed by Fujitsu GDC Philippines. Multicare, a pharmaceutical company engaged in marketing and distribution of generic medicines came in the third position followed by Novo Nordisk, an affiliate of the global healthcare company with more than 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care. Diageo Philippines, an affiliate of the global leader in beverage alcohol, came in the fifth position followed by Kusum, a leading regional pharmaceutical company. Schindler Philippines came in seventh position followed by Universal Robina one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
Despite the challenges faced globally around employee turnover and declining engagement level, the average level of engagement of the top 8 companies is 84% and this is something to be proud of. This is an elite group of employers in Philippines making sure that their employees are happy, healthy, and enjoy coming to work.
