Dubai, December 29th 2020 : Gulf Business Machines, Lundbeck, Novo Nordisk, Qetaifan projects, AstraZeneca, MSD, Johnson & Johnson, Teleperformance and Ooredoo are among the list of the top best places to work in Middle East 2020 according to the prestigious Best Places To Work certification program.
The program recently compiled its annual list of the 20 Best Places To Work in Middle East ranking based on the assessment of over 250 organizations across the region. Findings from this year program show how well companies have adapted to the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Building a culture of innovation and resilience enabled the employees to quickly adapt to the disruption creating additional development opportunities inside their organization. 85% of employees in the listed organizations, say they are satisfied with their current jobs, 13% higher than the average across the region, validating the companies’ commitment to create a workplace culture and experience to which our associates are proud to belong.
