Saudi Downtown Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PIF, the key enabler of the advancement of Vision2030. The company is guided by PIF’s strategy and will play a role in enhancing the quality of life and catalyzing economic activity in Saudi cities through the development of downtowns and destinations in 12 cities.
