Saudi Downtown Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), a key driver of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Aligned with PIF’s strategy, the company aims to enhance the quality of life and stimulate economic activity in Saudi cities through the development of downtown areas and destinations in 12 cities. Saudi Downtown Company’s projects will create new experiences and opportunities for residents, visitors, and businesses, focusing on retail, shopping, entertainment, hospitality, and housing.
