How do you actively engage your employees?

From encouraging cross-team collaboration to leadership being accessible and involved, our goal is simple to make everyone feel like they truly belong. Engagement for us means creating an environment where people are not just productive, they are inspired.

What are the most significant HR challenges faced by your industry today?

One major challenge is keeping up with change. In industries like IT and staffing, the landscape evolves rapidly, be it hybrid work expectations, talent retention or mental health awareness.

Attracting talent is only the beginning. The real challenge lies in keeping people connected, motivated and aligned with a shared purpose. Employees today seek flexibility, growth and meaningful work. Balancing these expectations with business priorities is the tightrope we walk every day.

Could you share details about the teamwork activities offered to your employees?

Teamwork is not something we talk about it is something we live. At Tekwissen, we create spaces for people to connect not just over work, but over laughter, learning and shared experiences. From birthday and festival celebrations to wellness days, knowledge-sharing sessions and team games, our people find many ways to bond. Even our virtual teams stay connected through regular check-ins and creative team- building activities. Because when people feel like a team, they perform like one.

This journey has been one of discovery and pride. The Best Places to Work model is based on decades of research but what really makes it special is that it's built on real employee voices. Their feedback guided us, affirmed our strengths and highlighted areas for growth. It was not just a process, it was a mirror. It reminded us why we do what we do and reignited our commitment to doing it even better.

Achieving the Best Places to Work certification is more than just a proud moment. It is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for at Tekwissen. This milestone is a celebration of the culture we have carefully built over the years. What advice would you give to someone looking to implement the certification process for their organization?

And when they see that their voices matter, everything changes. The certification is the cherry on top. The real win is the culture you build along the way.
