Casablanca, September 7th, 2021 - Coface Group in Morocco, West and Central Africa (Cameroon, Senegal and Ivory Coast), affiliates of the world leader in credit insurance, were recently certified among the best places to work in Africa for 2021. Best Places to Work is an international certification program, considered as the ‘Platinum Standard’ in identifying and recognizing top workplaces around the world, providing employers the opportunity to learn more about the engagement and the satisfaction of their employees and honor those who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards in regards to working conditions.

 

This certification is based on the employee’s assessment regarding corporate culture, HR practices, work environment, professional development, recognition and compensation programs. Overall, 82% of employees are recommending the organization. These results illustrate the various actions taken by Coface to support employees in their professional development while ensuring the continuous improvement of processes within the company.
