We started with a new leadership team and our 5 Strategic Pillars called “Bahay ng Strategy”. Thru these Pillars we have implemented numerous programs across the organization to achieve this vision. We have focused heavily on our staff and put in place initiatives that will help our people develop and flourish in their careers. During the pandemic, it was very challenging to keep the morale high and everyone engaged but, we have managed to thrive and we came out stronger than ever.
