RetuRO is the company established by a consortium consisting of three private shareholders and one public shareholder and designated by law as administrator of the Guarantee-Return System. The company was formed as a company managed in a dualistic system, which is based on the not-for-profit principle, which means that, through the articles of incorporation, it assumed the obligation to reinvest any profit exclusively in the development of the system.
