The list of best employers in the Middle East aims to determine which employers stand out in their industries in offering exceptional working environments for their employees in the Middle East. Different criteria are used in the evaluation of employers including: leadership, work environment and wellbeing, compensation and family benefits, vacation and time off, talent and performance management, training and skills development, and finally, community involvement.
In today’s market, being an employer of choice is not just an asset but a necessity. Employee engagement can influence the attraction, retention and employee performance. In this perspective, the Best Place To Work certification is only granted to companies applying the highest standards of employee conditions. Each certified company can brand its status as employer of choice and communicate this to the employees, job applicants and other stakeholders and It is also an opportunity to brand its ability to offer a rewarding experience to its staff and be part of top companies in the Middle East.
This initiative organized by Best Places To Work and U.S. Best Companies Group, which manages over 50 similar programs in the world in partnership with local organizations.
